Nightclubs.com offers services to our clients in a business-to-business capacity. Our clients are not the people that use the website but rather the venues that list their services on Nightclubs.com.
Nightclubs.com is an online nightlife directory and lead generator. Clubs can list their venues for free on nightclubs.com so that you have a listing with general information and a few photos about your venue. The website is not limited to only nightclubs, any sort of nightlife, restaurant or entertainment venue is welcome to have a listing on the site.
Nightclubs.com facilitates lead generation through the website by allowing venues that sign up to opt in for putting forms on nightclubs.com that will allow consumers to sign up for guest list and table service requests. The venue will receive these requests through their nightclubs.com account.
The fees associated with this service are as follows:
Request for guest list and table reservations leads:
20 leads per month = $0
21-200 leads per month = $100 / month subscription
201-500 leads per month = $250 / month subscription
501-1000 leads per month = $500 / month subscription
1000+ leads per month = $1000 / month subscription
The leads a venue receives from nightclubs.com will have the complete client profile including email, phone number and other pertinent consumer profile information. This lead will be added to the venue’s database to be able to market to.
In order to obtain services from nightclubs.com, you need to create an account for your venue and order the monthly subscription package you would like from Nightclubs.com. NIghtclubs.com accepts VISA and Mastercard, Discover and Amex as payment options on our secure gateway.
Nightclubs.com will stop offering reservations after the reservation quota for the venue is met each month. In the event nightclubs.com sends more reservations than the package allowance the customer (venue) will not be charged for the additional reservations. Reservations will be entered in the proper calendar format and reservation type in the customers nightclubs.com account. The customer is able to manage what type of leads they would like to receive and with the parameters they want included through the supply tab in their nightclubs.com account.
Refund policy: customers will need to submit in writing to info@nightclubs.com to cancel their subscription. It will be canceled on the 1st of the month for the next monthly billing cycle. Partial months are not refunded on the monthly subscriptions.
Nightclubs.com goal is to provide a marketing and branding tool to venues globally and work with the venues to provide them with leads, exposure and eventually advertising and marketing spots. Nightclubs.com will not be utilizing the data collected on Nightclubs.com to sell to 3rd parties. The data collected belongs solely to the venues it is collected on behalf of and nightclubs.com.
